Your customer service is actually a customer non-service, your “client success” phone line should be rebranded as “customer deception” phone line. My anger and frustration just keeps growing with each and every interaction that I attempt to have with you and your representatives.

What application or platform would you recommend for day trading? I'm thinking of doing some light work in penny stocks and want to know why M1 (being commission free on trades) isn't a good platform for day trading.

Does the cash balance for the auto invest have to be $10?
This company sucks. They don't offer limit orders, you just have to hope you get a good price for your stock order. Six times in 1 day they put me on hold for half an hour promising to get back but then hang-up on me after telling me to go online to get help. Others have posted that they seem to pay the high price of a stock purchase for the day they put in a order. I wonder why they don't offer limit orders, maybe so m1 can make more money buying low and recording a higher purchase price for your records.
M1 FINANCE IS THE WORSTTTTT! ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO ROTH IRA. YOU CAN'T EVEN BUY STOCKS RIGHT AWAY FOR ROTH IRA.

Why not just open a Fidelity account? You can bank, get a CC, retirement accounts, money market accts. Is it how simple and modern M1 Finance looks? Thanks for the video, appreciate it.
