For those criticizing, this is supposed to look natural, not like a robot. They are providing natural, fast answers, for unknowledgeable students. You aren't supposed to give a 20 minute answer

For two people who are well educated and supposedly have lots of IB experience, this video was not very well-rehearsed at all.

There was no flow in his answer, had he actually built a 3 way financial model before, he could have answered this question a bit more fluidly.

Terrible. He even said "gotcha." Like…really? LOL.

This isn't an awful response. It's a mix of the atrocious out of date Gordon Gekko hair and the numerous "Um"s. You can tear me apart, but I'd answer this in a much shorter manner.

"The Cash Flow statement is entirely driven by the changes in the income statement and balance sheet. Changes in working capital are driven by changes in items, such as receivables on the Balance Sheet. Additionally, Net Income, which is derived by working through the Income Statement is your starting figure on the statement. The sheets work together harmoniously and you cannot create the CF statement, with the absence of either the Income Statment or Balance Sheet."
